  • • As the Community Growth Manager at Rwazi Inc., you will be at the forefront of scaling our most vital asset: our global human network. You will own measurable network expansion, treating community growth as fundamental infrastructure rather than a marketing afterthought. Your primary objective will be to build a predictable, compounding human network that directly impacts our ability to fulfill requests and strengthen our ecosystem.
  • • Your core mandate is to drive significant improvements across several key areas. You will be accountable for scaling both contributor and user acquisition, ensuring a steady influx of new participants. Crucially, you will focus on increasing activation velocity, accelerating the journey from a user's initial sign-up to their first meaningful participation on the platform. Furthermore, you will be tasked with expanding network density in our key markets, ensuring that our supply of contributors is robust and readily available where it's needed most. A critical component of this role involves improving our referral-driven growth loops, leveraging the power of our existing network to attract new users. Finally, you will work to strengthen repeat participation, fostering a loyal and engaged community that consistently contributes to the platform.
  • • In the realm of User Acquisition & Expansion, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel contributor acquisition strategies. This involves identifying high-density geographic clusters where growth potential is highest and optimizing our cost-per-active-user to ensure efficient scaling. You will systematically test and scale various growth channels, employing a data-driven approach to identify what works best and doubling down on those efforts.
  • • Regarding Activation Velocity, your focus will be on reducing the time it takes for a new user to make their first submission. This will involve optimizing onboarding flows to be as intuitive and engaging as possible, improving the conversion rates from initial interest to active participation, and diligently identifying and removing any friction points in the early stages of a user's journey on the platform.
  • • For Network Density & Coverage, you will aim to increase the number of active contributors per city, ensuring that our service is consistently available and responsive. A key aspect of this will be balancing growth across underserved regions, ensuring equitable expansion and preventing over-reliance on a few concentrated areas. You will also work to maintain supply resilience across all markets, mitigating risks associated with localized shortages.
  • • When it comes to Referral & Organic Growth Systems, you will design innovative referral programs that are directly tied to measurable expansion outcomes. You will meticulously track referral conversion rates and work to strengthen peer-driven network growth, making it easier and more rewarding for existing users to bring new contributors onto the platform.
  • • Your role will also encompass Growth Analytics & Optimization. You will be responsible for tracking key acquisition, activation, and retention metrics, providing a clear view of network health and growth. You will run structured experiments to continuously improve conversion rates at every stage of the user funnel and provide clear, structured reporting to the VP of Community on your progress and insights.
  • • The impact of your strong performance will be far-reaching. You will directly contribute to faster log fulfillment due to a denser, more active network. You will achieve a lower acquisition cost per active user, making our growth more sustainable. You will see higher activation conversion rates, meaning more users become active contributors. You will foster stronger organic growth, reducing reliance on paid channels. Ultimately, you will increase supply resilience, ensuring our platform can meet demand reliably across all geographies. This role is pivotal in influencing the execution speed and overall strength of our entire ecosystem.
