📋 Description

• As Community Manager at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will represent the brand authentically across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok to build trust and engage with current and future users where car ownership conversations naturally happen.
• You will develop and execute organic community strategies, grow Jerry’s subreddits into active communities, create scalable engagement playbooks, and collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging while measuring impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
• Jerry Technologies Inc. is building America’s first super app for car ownership, used by over 5 million people, with a mission to simplify a fragmented and costly user experience through AI-powered tools for insurance, financing, repairs, and more.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in community-led growth, learn how to leverage AI in authentic engagement, and help shape how a trusted brand shows up in niche online communities — turning complex, stressful topics into human, valuable conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
• Platform native with a visceral dislike of corporate-speak — able to write in a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
• Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes — understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make 'boring' or 'stressful' categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
• Patient, curious long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins
