📋 Description

• As a Community Manager at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will represent the brand authentically across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok to build trust and engage users where real conversations about car ownership happen.
• You will develop and execute community strategies, grow organic presence, create platform-specific playbooks, and measure impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
• Jerry.ai is a mission-driven company building America’s first super app for car ownership, used by over 5 million people, with a goal to simplify a fragmented and costly user experience through AI-powered innovation.
• In this role, you will learn to scale authentic community engagement, build systems for organic growth, and deepen expertise in consumer trust-building within regulated industries like insurtech and fintech.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
• Platform-native with a visceral dislike of corporate-speak — able to write in a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
• Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes — understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make 'boring' or 'stressful' categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
• Patient, curious long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins
