- • Administer standardized medical treatment and nursing care to employees visiting the onsite clinic at a corporate client’s office in Mandaluyong City.
- • Execute corporate wellness programs and occupational health and safety initiatives as directed by the client’s health and safety protocols.
- • Maintain and care for all clinic equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with health standards.
- • Supervise and manage inventory of prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as medical supplies, ensuring timely restocking and expiration tracking.
- • Facilitate coordination of employee medical treatment, including referrals to external providers, medical clearances, and documentation of medical leaves.
- • Provide consistent, compassionate, and empathetic nursing care to all employees during clinic hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- • Work exclusively onsite at the corporate client’s office location in Mandaluyong City, adhering to the client’s workplace policies and procedures.
- • Collaborate with corporate client representatives to align nursing services with their occupational health goals and employee wellness objectives.
- • Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medical observations accurately in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- • Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies or health concerns during scheduled shift hours.
- • Ensure compliance with Philippine nursing practice regulations and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- • Support the implementation of health education campaigns and preventive care activities for employees.
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in alignment with occupational health and safety guidelines.
- • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- • Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data privacy protocols regarding employee medical records and health information.
🎯 Requirements
- • Registered nurse with active PRC license
- • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
- • Proficiency in administering medications and treatments
