- • Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the administration and ongoing enhancement of compensation and incentive programs through data-driven analysis and reporting. This fully remote role plays a critical part in ensuring compensation structures are externally competitive and internally equitable, directly supporting the firm’s mission to deliver personalized financial planning to over 80,000 households nationwide.
- • The Compensation Analyst will conduct market analysis, evaluate pay competitiveness, assess internal equity, and support incentive and bonus program administration. This includes analyzing salary structures, participating in compensation surveys, identifying pay compression issues, and providing data-backed recommendations to leadership and HR partners to inform strategic compensation decisions.
- • The role involves managing bonus program administration in Workday, including maintaining master files, administering quarterly and semi-annual bonus cycles, validating eligibility, running accrual estimates, and preparing monthly financial reporting for Accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- • Collaboration is central to this role: the analyst will partner with HR, Finance, and Equity Management to align total rewards with organizational goals, validate employee eligibility, distribute bonus tools, and support audit readiness through documentation and controls.
- • The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, or related field, with 2-4 years of compensation or HR analytics experience. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential. Experience with Workday or compensation planning tools is a plus.
- • Wealth Enhancement offers a transparent base salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 (eligible for annual bonus), comprehensive benefits including 401k with match, medical/dental/vision coverage, HSA/FSA, life and disability insurance, 18 days PTO increasing to 25 after 4 years, 12 paid holidays, paid parental and caregiver leave, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement after service requirements.
