- • The Compensation Manager at Serverobotics Inc. owns the company’s compensation programs and serves as the primary advisor on all compensation-related decisions, ensuring pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Total Rewards leadership to define and operationalize the compensation philosophy, designing and maintaining salary bands and job architecture, supporting annual compensation processes such as merit increases and promotions, conducting market benchmarking, advising HRBPs and business leaders on offers and complex scenarios, performing internal equity analyses, ensuring compliance with pay regulations, establishing governance and documentation for compensation decisions, collaborating with HR and Rippling for data accuracy, and developing dashboards and reports on compensation metrics like pay equity and trends.
