- • As a Compensation Manager at Scout Motors, you will serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert responsible for developing, optimizing, and leading compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in alignment with business goals and compensation philosophy.
- • You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of compensation strategies, partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on salary decisions and job leveling, oversee job architecture, manage the annual compensation planning cycle, conduct market research, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze compensation data to drive equitable pay practices.
