  • • At UiPath, we are driven by a profound belief in the transformative power of automation to revolutionize the way the world works. We are dedicated to building category-leading enterprise software that harnesses this power, and to achieve this, we seek individuals who embody curiosity, self-motivation, generosity, and authenticity. We thrive on being part of a dynamic, fast-paced growth company where collaboration and mutual care are paramount – care for each other, for UiPath, and for our overarching mission.
  • • As a Compensation Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing competitive compensation strategies designed to attract and retain top-tier talent across our global organization. This role demands a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with HR leadership and key business stakeholders, particularly within our Product and Engineering functions. Your primary focus will be on developing data-driven compensation programs that not only align with our ambitious business objectives but also uphold principles of internal equity and external competitiveness. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in solidifying UiPath's reputation as an employer of choice within the highly competitive and rapidly evolving technology landscape.
  • • Your mission will involve the end-to-end design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive compensation programs. These programs must be meticulously crafted to support our global talent strategy and directly contribute to achieving our overarching business goals. You will serve as a dedicated Compensation Business Partner, providing specialized support to our Product, Engineering, and Corporate functions, ensuring their compensation structures are optimized for performance and retention.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be the rigorous analysis of market data and emerging industry trends. This analysis is critical to ensure that our compensation packages remain not just competitive, but leading-edge, across all the diverse regions in which UiPath operates. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition and broader HR Business Partner teams to architect and present appropriate compensation packages for both new hires and internal promotions, ensuring fairness and strategic alignment.
  • • You will be a key contributor to our annual compensation review cycles. This includes managing and refining processes for merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refreshes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines. These documents are essential for ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • • A core responsibility will be to provide expert, consultative guidance to managers and executives on all compensation-related decisions and complex issues. Your insights will empower leaders to make informed choices that support their team's growth and the company's strategic direction. You will also collaborate closely with our HRIS teams to continuously optimize our compensation systems and enhance our reporting capabilities, ensuring we have the data and tools necessary for effective decision-making.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to understanding and addressing the unique compensation challenges and opportunities within the technology sector. You will be expected to stay abreast of best practices, innovative compensation models, and evolving talent market dynamics. Your ability to translate complex compensation concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences will be a key measure of success. Ultimately, you will contribute to building a compensation philosophy and framework that supports UiPath's culture of innovation, high performance, and employee growth, reinforcing our position as a leader in the automation space.

🎯 Requirements
