- ⢠As a Compensation Partner at Figma, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing global sales compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing talent, directly supporting the companyās mission to make design accessible to all.
- ⢠You will lead the design, development, and implementation of sales compensation structures with a focus on OTE benchmarking, support sales job architecture and leveling globally, and partner with sales leaders as a subject matter expert on compensation programs.
- ⢠You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, People Partners, Sales Ops, Customer Experience, and Solutions Consulting to ensure compensation programs are operationally sound, aligned with business priorities, and scalable across new territories and global locations.
- ⢠You will use market data and benchmarking tools to assess compensation competitiveness, drive improvements in team effectiveness, and develop communication materials that educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy and program structure.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠8+ years of experience working as a Compensation Partner or in a similar role within a fast-moving organization
- ⢠Background in partnering with sales or GTM organizations, with a strong understanding of quota-driven environments and go-to-market dynamics
- ⢠Strong technical background with experience in compensation tools, benchmarking, and analysis across multiple geographies
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- ⢠Competitive annual base salary range of $169,000ā$269,000 USD (for SF/NY hubs; remote roles localized by 80ā100% of range)
