- • Manages day-to-day charge capture operations to ensure compliance and maximize revenue for neurology services at Washington University in St. Louis.
- • Supervises Coding Coordinators, interacts with faculty on coding and billing issues, conducts audits, develops educational materials, and monitors charge capture workflows.
- • Works within the Office of Physician Billing Compliance (OPBC) and neurology department to uphold regulatory standards and improve documentation practices.
- • Gains expertise in healthcare compliance, medical coding (ICD), auditing, supervisory leadership, and regulatory navigation in a major academic medical center.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 5 years of supervisory experience
- • Experience in medical coding, coding compliance, healthcare auditing, HIPAA, or revenue cycle management
