  • • Oversee curriculum development and content delivery for the Practical Nursing program, driving meaningful learning outcomes for students in a hybrid role based in Lower Manhattan.
  • • Manage content development projects, lead curriculum developers and subject matter experts, and ensure rigorous quality control for educational programs.
  • • Experiment with new learning modalities such as skills labs and simulations, and use data analysis to improve program performance and learner engagement.
  • • Contribute to Stepful’s mission of expanding access to healthcare careers through affordable, AI-supported training for underserved populations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an education-technology environment
  • • Experience in healthcare or nursing programs with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • • Experience in instructional design, especially in online learning contexts
  • • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
