- • The Competitive Pricing and Bid Analyst supports Floor & Decor’s competitive pricing and Commercial pricing initiatives across the PRO and Commercial departments, playing a key role in driving profitable growth through disciplined execution of pricing strategies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing bid pricing analysis for PRO and Commercial project opportunities, supporting pricing decisions by analyzing cost, margin, competitive benchmarks, and deal structure, managing intake and tracking of pricing requests, documenting decisions in Salesforce and other systems, and providing analytical support for leadership reporting on pricing activity and trends.
- • The role partners closely with the Competitive Pricing Support Manager, Sales, FP&A, and Operations teams to ensure process consistency, documentation accuracy, and alignment with pricing standards across store teams and commercial sales execution.
- • The analyst will develop expertise in pricing frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and Salesforce-based workflow management, gaining valuable experience in commercial pricing strategy and operational analytics within a growing retail organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in pricing analysis, sales operations, or bid pricing
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent pricing requests and meet turnaround expectations
- • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and pricing or reporting tools
- • Strong attention to detail with consistent documentation and data accuracy
- • Effective written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience working cross-functionally
