- • Manage buyers through the full progression journey from exchange of contracts to practical completion, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- • Proactively communicate construction updates, site milestones, and completion timelines to buyers, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the process.
- • Coordinate daily with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and developers to maintain momentum on cases and secure on-time completions.
- • Align all stakeholders—including buyers, developers, intermediaries, and internal teams—on key deliverables, deadlines, and next steps at every stage of the completion process.
- • Identify and mitigate risks to completion early, including mortgage offer expiries, solicitor delays, snagging issues, and documentation gaps before they disrupt timelines.
- • Refer buyers to GetGround Group partners such as Hapi Lettings and furniture packs at optimal points in the buyer journey to enhance their post-purchase experience.
- • Manage a diverse portfolio of buyer cases across multiple off-plan developments and developers, adapting workflows to each site’s unique processes and timelines.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of buyer status, communication history, and key milestones within the company’s CRM and pipeline tracking systems.
- • Champion a seamless developer exit by ensuring buyer satisfaction is prioritized, recognizing that a positive buyer experience directly supports developer relationships and reputation.
- • Anticipate buyer needs and address concerns proactively, demonstrating patience, clarity, and professionalism in high-pressure situations as completion dates approach.
- • Act as the central hub for information flow between internal sales, operations, and external partners, ensuring no detail is missed and no party is left uninformed.
- • Ensure all documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements are met consistently across all cases to avoid delays or legal complications.
- • Deliver a five-star buyer experience by combining meticulous organization with empathetic communication, turning complex property transactions into confident, stress-free outcomes.
- • Monitor completion pipelines to identify bottlenecks or trends, and provide feedback to improve internal processes and buyer handover protocols.
- • Represent BuyAssociation and the GetGround Group with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction with clients and partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, new-build property, mortgages, or estate agency
- • Familiarity with off-plan and new-build completions processes
- • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and case-management tools
- • Exposure to buy-to-let or investor-focused property sales
- • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple buyers, sites, and deadlines simultaneously
- • Confident communicator comfortable liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, estate agents, and clients via phone and email
