- • Carry out anti-money laundering (AML) checks in full compliance with MLR 2019, HMRC Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and the EU 5th Directive.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email and telephone, managing a high daily volume of interactions related to compliance due diligence.
- • Guide customers through the company’s compliance requirements with clarity, professionalism, and timeliness to ensure smooth order progression.
- • Facilitate the swift completion of customer orders by ensuring all necessary due diligence documentation is received, verified, and processed accurately.
- • Respond accurately and promptly to telephone queries regarding compliance procedures, policies, and documentation requirements.
- • Maintain meticulous and error-free records for all compliance-related tasks, ensuring full audit readiness and regulatory adherence.
- • Stay current with evolving AML regulations, internal compliance procedures, and updates to company policies.
- • Work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, accountability, and productivity.
- • Collaborate with the Compliance Department to support operational efficiency and contribute to improvements in customer experience and compliance workflows.
- • Adhere strictly to internal protocols and data handling standards to protect customer information and ensure regulatory compliance.
- • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying potential compliance risks or bottlenecks in customer onboarding processes.
- • Uphold a professional, polite, and friendly demeanor in all customer communications, reflecting the company’s commitment to service excellence.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively engaging with training materials and feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
- • Work exclusively on Sundays, 7.5 hours per day (8:30am to 5pm), with no other scheduled workdays.
- • Operate confidently within company IT systems and tools to manage customer data, track compliance status, and update internal records.
- • Maintain a high typing speed and accuracy to efficiently handle email correspondence and data entry tasks.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
- • Exhibit high integrity, a strong work ethic, and a positive mindset in all responsibilities, even under high-volume conditions.
