- • The Compliance Analyst role at Binance Holdings Limited is critical to ensuring the company adheres to global regulatory standards in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. - • Day to day, the Compliance Analyst will monitor transactions and user activities for suspicious behavior, conduct due diligence on high-risk clients, assist in the preparation of regulatory reports, support internal audits, and help implement AML/KYC policies in alignment with international standards such as FATF and local Bahraini regulations. The role involves using compliance tools to analyze data, escalate potential risks, and collaborate with legal and risk teams to mitigate exposure.
- • The Compliance team operates within Binance’s global Legal and Compliance function, working closely with regional offices to ensure adherence to jurisdictional requirements. Based in Manama, Bahrain, this role contributes to Binance’s commitment to operating as a regulated, transparent, and responsible player in the digital asset space, supporting the company’s mission to advance financial inclusion through blockchain innovation.
- • In this role, the Compliance Analyst will develop deep expertise in cryptocurrency regulations, AML/CTF frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies. They will gain hands-on experience with global compliance systems, enhance analytical and investigative skills, and build a foundation for advancement into senior compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs positions within the fintech and blockchain sectors.
