📋 Description

• • As a Compliance Analyst (Night Shift - Pacific Time) at AlphaSense, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting content generation while protecting clients from potentially sensitive information in expert call transcripts. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and legal compliance of Tegus’ expert network, a core component of AlphaSense’s market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.
• • Day to day, you will review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve instances of material nonpublic and confidential information in accordance with internal protocols, applicable laws/regulations, and industry standards. You will complete due diligence reviews, document violations, escalate non-compliance when necessary, conduct advanced research using internal and external databases to assess public domain status of information, manage communications efficiently, and perform administrative tasks such as tracking workflows and identifying process improvements.
• • You will join the Tegus by AlphaSense Compliance Team, which facilitates high-value expert-client calls and ensures proprietary insights are handled with the highest legal and regulatory standards. The team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where agility and precision are critical to supporting business needs and maintaining client trust.
