- • As a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise for Vanta’s Central or East Regions, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s largest customers through their security and compliance journeys using Vanta’s specialized solutions, ensuring they achieve robust security outcomes and long-term satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will lead all post-sales activities for enterprise customers, including onboarding, implementation, product adoption, value-driven renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities, while partnering with Account Managers to drive expansion within your book of business.
- • You will join a kind, talented, and rapidly growing team at Vanta, a mission-driven company dedicated to helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification, with a culture that values inclusivity and empowers employees regardless of prior security experience.
- • In this role, you will develop trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, become a product expert in Vanta’s Trust Management Platform and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and drive measurable impact through retention, expansion, and customer advocacy, all while growing your expertise in enterprise SaaS customer success and security compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company managing a book of business of Enterprise customers
- • Experience handling onboarding, implementation, adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion within enterprise accounts
- • Proven track record of hitting retention targets and building long-term, happy, healthy customer relationships
- • Clear and thoughtful communication skills with strong critical thinking and empathy, especially when engaging with technical and C-level stakeholders
- • Ability to be nimble and agile in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment typical of a high-growth startup
