📋 Description

• • The Compliance Associate supports the management of internal and customer-reportable investigations under HIPAA Privacy, Cardholder Data Security, and Information Security programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assisting in the generation of findings reports.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining incident logs, contributing to corrective and preventive actions, conducting investigations for specific incident types, making initial notifications to affected customers, compiling data for quarterly executive reports, collaborating with the Cyber Security group, assisting the Compliance Analyst, and staying current on regulations like HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
