📋 Description

• As a Compliance Consultant at Instil, Inc., you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), ensuring their hardware, software, and connected systems meet regulatory requirements for security and resilience.
• Day to day, you will lead CRA scoping and gap analysis workshops, design compliance frameworks in GRC platforms like Vanta or ServiceNow, advise on Article 14 incident reporting and vulnerability management obligations, define SBOM requirements, and map controls to existing standards such as ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• You will work within a trusted, award-winning technology consultancy with over 20 years of experience delivering engineering and compliance solutions to global brands, recognized as a Great Place to Work® and winner of Company of the Year at the Digital DNA Awards.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in EU cybersecurity regulation, strengthen your advisory and stakeholder engagement skills, and gain hands-on experience shaping compliance strategies for complex hardware and SaaS environments across industries.
