📋 Description

• As a Compliance Engineer focused on the APAC region, you will play a critical role in ensuring ElevenLabs meets regional regulatory standards, enabling the company to securely serve high-trust industries like finance, telecommunications, and government.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating across teams to maintain compliance certifications such as ISO 27001 and regional data protection laws (e.g., Australia’s APP, Singapore’s PDPA), conducting risk assessments using CIS or ISO 27000 frameworks, building technical documentation for customer assurance, and supporting sales by responding to client security inquiries.
• You will also enhance compliance-as-code tooling to automate monitoring and reporting, integrate compliance tools into CI/CD pipelines, and help shape ElevenLabs’ enterprise offerings for regulated markets in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise compliance frameworks, gain hands-on experience automating compliance in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and contribute to enabling trusted AI adoption in some of the world’s most regulated sectors—positioning you at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise trust.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience completing vendor security assessments and client security questionnaires in regulated industries across APAC, particularly in government, defense, or finance sectors in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore.
• Strong technical expertise in managing and executing compliance, with hands-on experience using compliance management tools such as Vanta.
• Proven ability to maintain and achieve certifications while managing audit readiness and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, legal) to communicate compliance requirements and ensure operational alignment.
• Experience with public cloud compliance (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automating compliance in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with integrating compliance tools into CI/CD pipelines to automate monitoring and reporting.
