- • The FDR Manager at Devoted Health is responsible for auditing and monitoring First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs) to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, particularly CMS requirements for Medicare Part C & D.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting desktop and onsite audits of FDRs, creating audit reports and scorecards, issuing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and ensuring deficiencies are fully remediated through follow-up and collaboration.
- • The role operates within Devoted Health’s Compliance Effectiveness Program, supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving healthcare for older Americans through integrated clinical, insurance, and service solutions.
- • The FDR Manager will develop expertise in healthcare compliance, audit lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting while building cross-functional communication skills by presenting findings to internal leadership and external partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of healthcare auditing or insurance operations experience with a deep understanding of Medicare Part C & D standards.
- • Proven experience managing First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs), including identifying non-compliance and driving resolution.
- • Demonstrated ability to execute the full audit process—from desktop/onsite audits to reporting and scorecards—with meticulous attention to detail.
- • Skilled in issuing and managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to ensure deficiencies are fully remediated.
- • Ability to translate complex audit findings into clear presentations and written reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting CMS deadlines in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
