• • As a Compliance Lead at Lendable, you will play a pivotal role in transforming regulatory compliance from a check-the-box function into a strategic competitive advantage by building automated, scalable solutions that support rapid innovation in consumer lending.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automated monitoring into compliance frameworks, collaborating with engineering to implement compliance-as-code, advising product teams on regulations such as FCRA, TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, AML/BSA, and managing bank partner relationships through data-driven reporting.
• • You will join a fast-growing, profitable UK unicorn backed by top investors like Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs, with a mission to rebuild consumer finance products using technology to deliver credit in minutes instead of days.
