  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and overseeing a team in executing all phases of regulatory and client audits—from pre-site deliverables and mock audits to on-site logistics, written responses to findings, and corrective action planning.
  • • The Compliance Manager interfaces directly with external clients and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, support examinations, and ensure timely, accurate communication throughout audit cycles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • • 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, regulatory affairs, or audit support within a highly regulated industry, preferably in government, healthcare, or managed care environments
  • • 3–5 years of direct experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial health plan regulations
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including creating professional documents, complex spreadsheets with formulas and pivot tables, and polished presentations
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain reliable remote work infrastructure (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload hardwired)
  • • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for on-site audits or stakeholder engagements
