- • Join Amplity, a full-service go-to partner for biopharma companies, as a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards while upholding integrity and transparency across all business operations.
- • Provide practical, timely compliance counsel to employees and departments; manage high-volume compliance reports; lead investigations; prepare reports and presentations for management and clients; maintain compliance program structure; assist with contracting; conduct regulatory research; lead HCP/HCO transfers of value; develop and deliver compliance training programs; create policies for non-compliance; interact with staff at all levels; champion integrated compliance processes.
- • Work within a dynamic team reporting to the Vice President, Compliance at a company with 40+ years of experience in medical, commercial, and communications services for biopharma clients, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through executional excellence.
- • Develop expertise in healthcare compliance laws (HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Fraud and Abuse, transparency); lead complex investigations and training initiatives; influence company-wide compliance culture; gain experience in regulatory research, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration; advance leadership in compliance program management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 3+ years of experience with healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Fraud and Abuse laws, transparency, privacy)
- • Experience managing a high volume of compliance reports
- • Experience in project management of complex compliance cases and investigations
- • Experience developing and coordinating multifaceted educational and training programs focused on compliance
