📋 Description

• • As a Compliance Operations Associate at Kota Technologies Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company meets regulatory standards while scaling its innovative benefits platform for Europe’s modern workforce.
• • You will oversee customer onboarding and screening, conduct due diligence on businesses and individuals, build and refine transaction monitoring systems, and improve standard operating procedures for KYC and screening to align with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
• • You will join Kota’s Operations team, reporting directly to the COO, and work alongside experienced leaders who have built sophisticated compliance programmes at scale, supporting rapid growth across tens of thousands of employees served by Kota’s platform.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in fintech and insurtech compliance operations, drive process automation and optimisation, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives that shape Kota’s global benefits infrastructure.
