• • As a Compliance Operations Specialist 1 at Twilio, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer activity on Twilio’s platform adheres to industry regulations and internal policies, helping protect users and maintain trust in global communications.
• • Day to day, you will investigate potential violations by reviewing messaging and voice traffic, use internal tools to identify and stop non-compliant activity, communicate findings and guidance to customers via Zendesk, analyze trends to prevent future abuse, examine call and data records for evidence-based decisions, and prioritize clear, accurate written communication to explain policy issues.
• • You will join Twilio’s Compliance Operations team within a remote-first, globally inclusive culture that values connection, innovation, and making a tangible impact on how businesses and consumers communicate worldwide.
