  • • We are seeking a motivated Compliance Oversight Analyst to join our dynamic Compliance team in Singapore. This role is crucial for ensuring Adyen's adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies within the fast-paced payments and finance industry.
  • • As a Compliance Oversight Analyst, you will be instrumental in executing robust compliance monitoring procedures. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting second-line quality assurance testing across a spectrum of critical risk areas. This includes, but is not limited to, customer onboarding processes, anti-money laundering (AML) reviews, ongoing monitoring activities, and customer termination procedures, all performed in strict accordance with the established compliance oversight program.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the proactive identification of significant business risks through meticulous quality assurance testing. You will collaborate closely with first-line stakeholders to develop and implement effective remediation plans, ensuring that identified risks are addressed promptly and comprehensively.
  • • You will also contribute significantly to the operational efficiency of our compliance functions. This involves actively participating in the planning and execution of both new and existing quality assurance programs, seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance effectiveness.
  • • A vital part of your contribution will be the development and delivery of regular reporting. You will be responsible for creating quarterly reports that detail the performance of the compliance program, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to management.
