📋 Description

• As a Compliance Specialist at RealNetworks, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring real estate transaction files meet all U.S. regulatory requirements, directly supporting agent success and minimizing operational risk in a fast-growing, technology-driven brokerage.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing transaction files for completeness and accuracy, verifying document submission against state regulations, flagging discrepancies, collaborating with brokers and transaction teams to resolve issues, utilizing compliance tools and tracking systems, maintaining audit-ready records, and contributing to process improvements.
• You will join the Brokerage Operations team at Real, a publicly traded, fast-growing global real estate brokerage that combines cutting-edge technology with a people-first approach to redefine the residential real estate experience across the U.S., Canada, India, and Washington D.C.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in U.S. real estate compliance, strengthen your analytical and organizational skills, gain experience with transaction management systems, and contribute to building a scalable, best-in-class compliance function while advancing your career in a high-impact, innovative environment.
