- • The Compliance Specialist role at NICE Ltd. ensures the company can efficiently and accurately respond to customer and prospect compliance, security, and regulatory requests — especially during sales cycles and renewals — by owning vendor questionnaires, bid documentation, and evidence coordination, enabling faster deal cycles and smoother audits while maintaining a strong compliance posture.
- • Day to day, the person will own and complete vendor assessments, security questionnaires, DDQs, and TPQ forms in German and English; act as the primary compliance point of contact for Sales during bids and renewals; gather and organize audit evidence for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, C5, and customer-specific audits; maintain the Vanta compliance platform; and build and improve a structured internal knowledge base of standard compliance answers and templates.
- • The team operates within NICE’s Safety & Security organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Legal, Security, Engineering, and IT teams to support compliance needs across global operations, with a focus on enabling secure and trustworthy customer interactions.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in global compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, C5, GDPR), gain hands-on experience with the Vanta compliance platform, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and become a trusted advisor in enabling secure sales cycles — positioning them for growth in compliance, security, or GRC leadership paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, C5, and GDPR
- • Experience completing vendor assessments, DDQs, and security questionnaires
- • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English (professional/business level)
- • High attention to detail and structured, methodical approach to work
- • Ability to manage multiple concurrent questionnaires and deadlines under time pressure
- • Hands-on experience with compliance tooling — Vanta experience is a strong advantage
