- • This freelance Compliance Specialist - AI Trainer role is pivotal in bridging deep regulatory expertise with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, enabling AI systems to understand and apply compliance principles with real-world accuracy and nuance. By refining AI-generated content, you directly influence how next-generation models interpret complex regulatory landscapes, making compliance AI more reliable, practical, and trustworthy for enterprise use.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs on regulatory compliance, risk management, policy development, and audit processes; evaluating AI responses for regulatory accuracy, commercial realism, and real-world applicability; drafting realistic compliance scenarios and case studies based on hands-on professional experience; creating scenario variations from diverse stakeholder perspectives such as compliance officer, risk manager, executive, or auditor; and identifying gaps, flaws, or oversimplifications in AI-generated compliance content to ensure logical and practical integrity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience as a compliance specialist, regulatory consultant, risk manager, or equivalent role with several years of hands-on work in complex or fast-paced regulatory environments
- • Based in and legally eligible to work in the EU or UK, with availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis
- • Strong ability to assess compliance logic, identify regulatory inaccuracies in AI outputs, and provide clear, structured feedback grounded in real-world practice
