- • As a Computer Assisted Medical Coding Content Developer at Solventum, you will play a critical role in developing, enhancing, and incorporating CPT-4, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM medical coding rules into the 360 Encompass and CodeAssist products, directly impacting compliance, accuracy, and value for healthcare customers.
- • Day to day, you will field escalations from the Coding Analyst team, analyze customer documentation to identify language patterns for coding rules, determine required elements for each rule, add language evidence, use internal web tools to create and edit rules, follow rigorous regression testing procedures, and collaborate with other CAC teams to ensure consistency and quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of experience in Outpatient and ProFee coding or auditing (CPT-4, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM) in a private, public, government or military environment
- • OR High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of experience in Outpatient and ProFee coding or auditing (CPT-4, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM) in a private, public, government or military environment
- • AND One of the following certifications: CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CHDA
