📋 Description

  • As a Configuration Analyst at Nebraska Blue Cross and Blue Shield, you will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining business rules and logic within the company’s core processing systems, directly supporting claims adjudication, product implementations, reimbursement methodologies, and medical policies to ensure seamless operations and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include adhering to configuration designs and technical documentation, developing and updating cross-functional components on platforms like HealthRules, Source, and GuidingCare, identifying system enhancements to improve auto-adjudication rates, conducting unit testing, facilitating sprint activities, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors such as HealthEdge and 3M to ensure successful deployments.
