📋 Description

• Oversee renovation, buildout, and capital improvement projects for a hospitality portfolio including hotels, restaurants, and food service brands from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones for construction initiatives across multiple locations.
• Coordinate all construction activities with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve scheduling conflicts, deliverable gaps, and project-related issues in real time.
• Track project budgets and construction-related expenses, reviewing invoices and financial documentation to ensure projects remain within approved parameters.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on project progress, risks, delays, dependencies, and financial performance.
• Identify, document, and implement risk mitigation strategies for potential project disruptions including delays, cost overruns, or resource shortages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including plans, change orders, permits, and compliance records.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between leadership, operations teams, contractors, and vendors to align expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Facilitate clear and proactive communication across all stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability throughout each project lifecycle.
• Support forecasting and planning activities by analyzing historical project data and current financial trends to improve future budget accuracy.
• Ensure all construction initiatives align with business objectives and delivery expectations for property improvements and new location buildouts.
• Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks before they impact project timelines or budgets.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to manage project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of detail, accountability, and ownership.
• Ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and with all stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Maintain visibility into project priorities and deliverables to support leadership decision-making and operational continuity.
• Drive successful project outcomes by fostering strong relationships with contractors and vendors and ensuring consistent performance standards.
• Contribute to the growth of the hospitality portfolio through efficient, high-quality construction project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing commercial construction projects, renovations, or facility buildouts
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Experience tracking project budgets and construction-related costs
• Strong project management, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
