Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Jukebox Health is a fast-growing healthcare services company dedicated to empowering older adults and high-needs populations to live safer, healthier, and more independent lives at home through personalized home modifications and environmental supports. As a Construction Project Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects in your assigned region, ensuring seamless execution from referral to completion while directly contributing to the company’s mission of improving accessibility and safety in residential environments.
  • • You will own day-to-day coordination of assigned home modification projects, tracking status and driving progress from authorization through installation and closeout, partnering closely with the Regional Project Manager to prioritize workload, flag risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This includes scheduling and coordinating site visits, installations, and inspections with service providers and clients, proactively identifying and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, vendor delays, or scope changes, and escalating issues as appropriate to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • • You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and service providers throughout the project lifecycle, communicating clearly and professionally via phone and written correspondence, setting and managing expectations regarding timelines, next steps, and plan changes, while building and maintaining productive working relationships with regional service providers, coordinating logistics, and holding vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards. All significant communications and interactions will be documented in Salesforce to ensure traceability and continuity.
  • • You will own the accuracy and completeness of all required project paperwork, ensuring documentation is submitted correctly and on time in accordance with program and payer requirements, conducting quality checks prior to submission to minimize errors and rework, and contributing to process improvements that reduce administrative friction. Your meticulous attention to detail will directly impact client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency across the project lifecycle.
  • • You will gain deep expertise in healthcare-adjacent construction operations, home accessibility modifications, and coordinated service delivery models, developing strong project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into broader project leadership or operations management positions within Jukebox Health’s expanding national footprint, while making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable populations through safer, more accessible homes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, field operations, or a closely related role
  • • Demonstrated experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, or subcontractors in a construction or trades environment
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to diverse audiences—including clients, field crews, and internal stakeholders
  • • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on documentation or follow-through
  • • Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment with proficiency in tools like Salesforce
  • • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including company onsites and periodic site visits within the assigned region

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Generous company-funding of health, vision, and dental plans, plus HSA plans, short and long-term disability, life and personal accident insurance, and hospital insurance
  • • 401(k) immediately upon hire, generous candidate referral program, unlimited PTO + 11 paid holidays
  • • $1000 stipend for work-from-home costs, frequent team off-sites and get-togethers around the country, collaborative team environment, monthly townhalls, high trust culture, laptop and company swag upon hire
