- • As a Representative 1 in Credit & Collections - Commercial at Comcast Corporation, you will play a vital role in managing delinquent accounts for commercial customers, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding the company’s commitment to service excellence.
- • Day to day, you will review past due commercial accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, utilize multiple systems to resolve billing and payment issues, process payments securely, execute disconnect procedures when necessary, and follow escalation paths to resolve customer concerns—all while adhering to federal, state, and local collection laws and Comcast’s internal policies.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team within Comcast’s broader operations, supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional experiences through innovation and reliability, guided by principles like the Net Promoter System (NPS) and the Comcast Customer Guarantee.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, gain expertise in credit and collections processes, and build experience in a high-volume, remote environment—positioning you for growth within Comcast’s operations, customer service, or financial operations teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED (required)
- • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
