- • Are you a seasoned insurance professional looking to leverage your deep industry knowledge in a groundbreaking new capacity? 10Xteam Inc. is seeking experienced insurance specialists to join our mission of enhancing advanced Artificial Intelligence systems. This unique freelance opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in underwriting, risk assessment, claims, actuarial science, and regulatory compliance to shape the future of AI in the insurance sector.
- • As an AI Trainer for insurance, you will play a pivotal role in refining and improving AI-generated content. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and evaluate AI outputs related to a wide spectrum of insurance domains, including product development, underwriting processes, and complex risk assessment methodologies. This involves ensuring that the AI's responses are not only technically accurate but also align with current regulatory frameworks and reflect commercial realities within the insurance market.
- • You will be tasked with creating and analyzing intricate insurance scenarios. These scenarios will cover critical areas such as underwriting decisions, the resolution of claims disputes, the interpretation of policy wordings, the structuring of reinsurance agreements, and considerations around solvency. The depth and breadth of your experience will be crucial in developing these realistic and challenging situations.
- • To ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the AI's capabilities, you will be asked to generate variations of these scenarios from multiple stakeholder perspectives. This includes adopting the viewpoints of an underwriter, a broker, a claims manager, an actuary, or a regulator. This multi-faceted approach will help identify subtle nuances and potential blind spots in the AI's understanding and reasoning.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to pinpoint weaknesses within the AI's logic. This could involve identifying flaws in risk assessment models, inaccuracies in pricing assumptions, ambiguities in coverage interpretation, or deficiencies in compliance reasoning. Your critical analysis will directly contribute to the AI's ability to perform more effectively and reliably in insurance-related tasks.
- • In essence, your contribution will be to bridge the gap between real-world insurance practices and the evolving capabilities of AI. You will be instrumental in ensuring that AI systems not only process information but also understand and reason about insurance concepts at a sophisticated, large-scale level, mirroring the complexities of actual industry operations.
- • This role is distinct from traditional insurance work like policy administration or claims processing. Instead of focusing on individual cases, your efforts will be directed towards improving the foundational understanding and reasoning abilities of AI systems across the entire insurance landscape. Your input will have a tangible impact on how AI performs across insurance, underwriting, and risk-related topics, making it a highly rewarding and forward-thinking position.
- • The position is ideal for professionals who possess several years of hands-on experience in underwriting, claims management, actuarial analysis, risk modeling, compliance, or insurance operations. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and solvency requirements pertinent to European markets is essential. You should be adept at identifying and articulating flawed risk assessments, weak pricing logic, or unrealistic coverage assumptions, demonstrating a sharp analytical mind.
- • This is a freelance, remote position requiring a commitment of 8 to 20 hours per week. The flexibility offered makes it an excellent opportunity to supplement your current role or consulting work. We are looking for individuals who can commence in the coming weeks and are based within the EU or UK. The onboarding process is structured and guided, ensuring you are well-prepared to contribute effectively from the outset. Your expertise will be directly applied to improving widely used AI systems, offering a unique chance to be at the forefront of AI development in the insurance industry.
