📋 Description

• As a Consultant at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will play a critical role in helping organizations secure their digital identities by implementing and supporting SailPoint’s industry-leading identity governance solutions. Your work directly contributes to strengthening cybersecurity posture for global enterprises, making identity the center of security and IT.
• Day to day, you will work with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint software and/or SaaS solutions; communicate technical and functional aspects of solutions to clients and partners; configure solutions as defined by Solution Architects; deliver technical training to customers and implementation partners; and build and evaluate rules for customer environments.

• In this role, you will rapidly grow your expertise in identity governance, progressing from product training to independently managing small to large projects within your first year. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, deepen your consulting skills, and work toward SailPoint Certified Engineer certification—positioning you for long-term impact and advancement in cybersecurity and IT solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Portuguese business proficiency/native
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in a technology company with at least 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Linux platforms
• Database knowledge in one or more of: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL
• Experience with enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
• Familiarity with networking principles: SSL/TLS/HTTPS, Certificate Management, Basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
• Experience reading and writing in any of: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript/TypeScript, JSP/Servlets, Linux/Unix, SQL, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, C#, C++
