đź“‹ Description

  • • Join BRG Communications LLC as a Consultant in Clinical Performance Improvement, specializing in Clinical Nursing Operations (CNO). This remote role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements within healthcare systems across the USA.
  • • As part of the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice, you will contribute to end-to-end advisory support for healthcare providers, payers, investors, and other stakeholders. Your work will focus on navigating complex strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges, helping clients build resilient, future-ready healthcare enterprises.
  • • The IHS practice is structured around four core service offerings: Business Transformation Advisory, Margin & Operational Improvement, Quality Improvement & Clinical Care, and AI & Digital Solutions. Your role will be within the Clinical and Quality Transformation (CQT) group, specifically focusing on enhancing care for patients through evidence-based leading practices.
  • • The Clinical Performance Improvement (CPI) service line, within CQT, is dedicated to achieving long-term, sustainable improvements in patient care operations. This is accomplished through strong collaboration and inclusiveness across the entire care continuum, with a methodology that emphasizes extensive physician and clinician involvement.
  • • The CPI service line is further divided into four pillars: Care Transitions, Emergency Care Solutions, Perioperative Services Optimization, and Clinical Nursing Operations (CNO). This position is specifically within the CNO pillar, which strategically aligns staffing and operational resources to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce reliance on external staffing, lower costs, and improve nursing-sensitive quality indicators.
  • • In this Consultant role, you will lead complex performance improvement projects within your expertise pillar. You will oversee project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes that drive tangible client value through advanced analytics, deep industry expertise, and strategic recommendations.
  • • Key responsibilities include learning and executing Project Manager Office (PMO) responsibilities under the guidance of senior project leadership. This involves developing project travel logistics, negotiating hotel rates, coordinating travel arrangements for multiple team members, and communicating on-site schedules to clients.
  • • You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving travel expense reports, supporting engagement directors in scheduling client meetings, and developing client-facing materials such as assessment slide decks and executive steering committee presentations.
  • • Beyond PMO duties, you will support project workstream(s) under the direction of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or act as the SME if the area falls within your core knowledge. This includes assisting in the assessment and implementation of deliverables, establishing client processes and policies to maximize quality and efficiency, and monitoring implemented workstreams.
  • • You will have the opportunity to independently meet with clients and executives to advance project deliverables and create client-facing materials. For those acting as an SME, you will be responsible for developing project plans and deliverables for smaller-scale projects, leading performance improvement work teams, and independently implementing client deliverables.
  • • The role requires a commitment to internal firm advancement through participation in work teams and task forces, and effective utilization of non-productive time for professional development and firm initiatives.
  • • A willingness to work in other service lines as directed demonstrates flexibility and a commitment to the broader goals of BRG.
  • • After one year of employment, you will have the opportunity to serve as a "buddy" for new hires, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • • This position demands a high degree of professionalism, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • • You will be instrumental in helping healthcare organizations achieve operational excellence, improve patient outcomes, and enhance financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic interventions.
  • • The role requires flexibility for travel, up to 80% of the time, depending on project and client needs, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a mobile and client-facing capacity.
  • • You will contribute to BRG's reputation for delivering innovative and impactful solutions in the healthcare sector, working alongside a team of highly experienced professionals.
  • • This is an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact on the healthcare industry, driving meaningful change and fostering sustainable improvements in clinical nursing operations.
  • • Embrace the challenge of transforming healthcare delivery through strategic consulting and hands-on implementation, contributing to BRG's mission of helping clients achieve their most critical objectives.
