• You will be empowered to manage your own caseload with significant autonomy. This includes handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion matters. Your responsibilities will encompass property searches, drafting and reviewing contracts, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors, managing exchange of contracts, and ensuring smooth completion of transactions.
• A key aspect of this role is leveraging our advanced technological infrastructure and operational support. This means you will have access to cutting-edge tools designed to streamline workflows, reduce administrative overhead, and enhance client communication. Our dedicated support staff, including paralegals, administrative assistants, and accounts personnel, are equipped to handle non-billable tasks, freeing you to focus on high-value legal work and client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Proven track record of managing transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, and equity release.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations effectively.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
• Proficient in using case management systems and digital conveyancing tools.
