- • Lead the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects focused on commercialization efforts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
- • Develop and implement foundational data analytics infrastructures to support commercial performance optimization for life sciences clients.
- • Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance customer insights, engagement strategies, and sales effectiveness.
- • Design and deploy proprietary and third-party technology solutions for forecasting performance, designing sales territories, and managing customer data.
- • Organize, analyze, and report on complex medical and commercial datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Drive innovation by identifying new analytical approaches and creative solutions across multiple work streams in client engagements.
- • Serve as a thought leader by providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on data-driven commercialization best practices.
- • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and alignment with client objectives.
- • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data analytics initiatives.
- • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects—from requirements gathering and data modeling to visualization and stakeholder presentation.
- • Utilize industry-specific knowledge of life sciences commercial operations to tailor analytics solutions to regulatory, market, and operational constraints.
- • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with industry standards in all analytics deliverables.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to executive-level clients and internal teams through compelling visualizations and narratives.
- • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare analytics, AI applications, and commercialization tools in the life sciences sector.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Beghou’s proprietary tools and methodologies through client feedback and project learnings.

- • Proven experience in data analytics within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end data-driven projects from conception to delivery
- • Expertise in deploying and utilizing AI and advanced analytics for commercial insights
- • Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- • Experience working with medical and commercial datasets in regulated environments
- • Track record of providing strategic thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders
