  • As a Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in Endpoint Management at Concentrix, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge enterprise device management solutions. This pivotal role leverages Microsoft technologies, primarily Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), to ensure the seamless and secure operation of modern workplace environments. You will be instrumental in managing diverse device platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, focusing on optimizing the entire device lifecycle, maintaining robust security compliance, streamlining application deployment, and driving endpoint automation. Your expertise will directly contribute to Concentrix's mission as an intelligent transformation partner, powering the world's best brands by delivering innovative and efficient technology solutions that simplify interactions and transactions for clients.
  • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks. You will be actively involved in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sophisticated endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), ensuring these systems are robust and scalable. A significant part of your work will involve managing and supporting multi-platform device environments, encompassing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, requiring a deep understanding of each operating system's unique management capabilities. You will configure various device enrollment methods, including Windows Autopilot for streamlined Windows device setup, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) for Apple devices, Android Enterprise for Android devices, and Azure AD Join or Hybrid Azure AD Join for seamless integration with Microsoft's cloud identity services. Furthermore, you will define and meticulously manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines to enforce organizational standards and security requirements across all managed endpoints. Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise applications across all supported platforms will be a core function, ensuring users have access to the tools they need. You will also perform comprehensive device lifecycle management, covering everything from initial provisioning and configuration to ongoing updates, patching, and secure device retirement. Continuous monitoring of endpoint health, device compliance, and overall security posture will be essential to proactively identify and address potential issues. Implementing and enforcing endpoint security policies, such as BitLocker for disk encryption, FileVault for macOS, Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection, and various device restrictions, will be crucial for safeguarding company data. A key aspect of this role involves automating administrative and deployment tasks using PowerShell and other scripting languages to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex issues related to device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, and compliance policies, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users. Providing essential technical support, creating comprehensive documentation, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to customers and internal teams will also be part of your responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and informed environment. Finally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to design and implement modern device management strategies and execute successful migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition to advanced endpoint solutions.
