- • Lead the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects focused on commercialization efforts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
- • Develop and implement foundational data analytics infrastructures to support commercial performance optimization for life sciences clients.
- • Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance customer insights, engagement strategies, and decision-making processes.
- • Deploy proprietary and third-party technology solutions to forecast commercial performance, design sales territories, and manage customer data systems.
- • Organize, analyze, and report on complex medical and commercial datasets to deliver actionable insights to clients.
- • Serve as a thought leader within project teams, driving innovation and creative problem-solving across multiple work streams.
- • Guide internal stakeholders through data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with client objectives and commercial goals.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and technical solutions.
- • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics initiatives, from requirements gathering and data modeling to visualization and stakeholder presentation.
- • Apply deep domain knowledge of the life sciences sector to tailor analytics approaches to regulatory, clinical, and commercial contexts.
- • Utilize analytical tools and platforms to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources including CRM, ERP, clinical trial, and sales systems.
- • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with industry standards in all analytics deliverables.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Beghou’s analytics methodologies, tools, and client engagement frameworks.
- • Participate in client-facing activities including discovery workshops, progress reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging trends in health care analytics, AI applications, and commercialization technologies within the life sciences sector.

- • Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven projects from conception to delivery
- • Expertise in deploying and utilizing AI and advanced analytics for commercial insights
- • Strong proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and reporting tools for medical and commercial data
