🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or data engineering, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • • Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling principles.
  • • Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL/ELT processes.
  • • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
