This position is critical to delivering exceptional talent solutions by acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a dedicated advocate for candidates, ensuring alignment between organizational needs and candidate aspirations through strategic, data-informed recruitment practices.
- • The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from market research and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and placement, with a focus on exceeding client expectations through proactive relationship management and innovative sourcing strategies that anticipate hiring manager needs and improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
- • You will develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging market intelligence, advanced online sourcing techniques, and proactive bench management, ensuring a steady flow of qualified passive and active candidates to meet urgent and recurring client demands.

- • Fluency in both French and English is required to effectively serve Quebec-based clients and candidates, enabling seamless communication across linguistic contexts and expanding your professional reach in a bilingual market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to successfully manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including market research, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and closing hires in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment.
- • Demonstrated ability to exceed performance goals, incorporate feedback, and maintain a clear, communicable view of the recruitment pipeline at all times.
- • Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement, including the ability to articulate RPO models and client relationship strategies clearly and effectively.
- • Proficiency with intermediate MS Office skills, hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a strong, active presence on professional social media platforms for sourcing and engagement.
- • Fluency in both French and English, enabling effective communication with clients and candidates across Quebec’s bilingual landscape.
