- • Support the maintenance and development of Statista’s healthcare ranking and rating databases, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and scalability across international datasets.
- • Design, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to automate the collection, transformation, and validation of healthcare data from hospitals, ministries, and partner organizations.
- • Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to deliver benchmarking studies and custom consulting projects, including metric development, scoring algorithms, and results analysis directly with healthcare clients.
- • Integrate, clean, and standardize heterogeneous external healthcare datasets into unified formats for use in Statista’s global healthcare products and rankings.
- • Develop and document data models, scoring frameworks, and analytical workflows in close alignment with the Healthcare Analysis and IT teams to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
- • Contribute to the development of Statista’s Unified Health Database and future Healthcare Data Platform by designing data architectures that support global comparability and longitudinal analysis.
- • Perform internal analyses and reporting to enhance data quality, identify performance bottlenecks, and improve metrics across existing healthcare products.
- • Conduct peer reviews and internal QA checks to ensure data validation, reproducibility, and adherence to methodological standards.
- • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights through visualizations and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, supporting client presentations and internal decision-making.
- • Actively propose new data-driven healthcare product ideas and recommend improvements to existing analytical workflows to increase efficiency and impact.
- • Work directly with international clients as part of consulting engagements, bridging technical analysis with stakeholder needs in healthcare quality measurement.
- • Ensure all analytical outputs comply with Statista’s standards for reliability, transparency, and global comparability in healthcare data.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, transformations, and analytical methodologies to support team knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with engineers, analysts, and project managers to align data infrastructure with product roadmaps and client deliverables.
- • Contribute to the automation of repetitive data processes to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times for benchmarking and reporting outputs.
- • Stay current with evolving healthcare data standards, KPI frameworks, and global benchmarking methodologies to inform product development and client advisory work.
