📋 Description

• • The Consultant II role at CSG Systems International, Inc. is responsible for assisting clients in understanding and optimizing CSG’s product and solution functionality, directly contributing to client success and business value realization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing fee-based consulting services to address strategic business issues, participating in project consulting teams, identifying issues and proposing solutions, managing project scope, resources, deliverables, and timelines, conducting requirements gathering and gap analysis, providing billing details for invoicing, supporting large-scale long-term projects, coordinating internal resources, managing indirect reports, developing team structure and project strategy, collaborating with internal departments to generate sales leads, and traveling to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
