- • As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Signifyd, you will manage the ongoing success of a portfolio of large, enterprise customers, serving as a trusted business advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the customer lifecycle, project manage onboarding, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Risk teams, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, conduct executive business reviews, resolve account issues, and partner with Marketing to turn customers into advocates.
- • Signifyd is a trusted leader in fraud prevention and e-commerce enablement, processing billions of transactions annually for thousands of merchants across 100+ countries, with a mission to empower fearless commerce through technology and a people-first culture rooted in empathy, creativity, and commitment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and payments ecosystems, develop strategic account planning skills, strengthen executive communication and influence, and grow as a results-driven leader impacting net revenue retention and customer advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience
- • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and complex projects
- • Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, and G-Suite; familiarity with BI tools like Looker is a plus
- • Strong analytical, metrics-driven mindset with ability to develop action plans and lead teams
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
