• • Senior Technical Recruiter leading end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles across the UK and EMEA region, supporting Unisys Corporation’s mission to deliver secure, cutting-edge digital platforms and enterprise solutions for global clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, managing high-volume and specialist hiring pipelines, driving direct sourcing strategies, ensuring excellent candidate experience, collaborating with HR and talent acquisition teams, tracking recruitment metrics, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
