• • The Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition is a critical role supporting Local Infusion’s national expansion by owning end-to-end recruitment for enterprise B2B sales, strategic corporate roles, and healthcare positions in biotech and pharma, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition without compromising candidate experience.
• • Day to day, the Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and corporate roles, source difficult-to-fill positions using creative strategies, conduct hiring manager intakes, oversee the interview process, evaluate candidates, maintain clean ATS data and pipelines, manage multiple requisitions from kickoff to offer acceptance, represent the company in market interactions, and partner with People Ops on onboarding and compliance.
