• • As a Senior HR Specialist in Customer Onboarding at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their global hiring journey, guiding them from contract signature through successful employee onboarding across 185+ countries. Your work directly enables businesses to scale globally with speed, compliance, and confidence by removing complexity from international hiring.
• • Day to day, you will lead client onboarding sessions, partner on country rollout strategies, provide consultative guidance on global hiring requirements, support benefits benchmarking, act as a product expert on Pebl’s platform, maintain visibility into onboarding progress, collaborate across Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Product teams, support expansion into new markets, champion customer feedback for product improvement, and contribute to process standardization efforts.
